Hey Redbean, here's an idea, why don't you just look up single-offender crimes and ignore the fact that certain types of criminals tend to act in packs. They're called "gangs".

BTW, even if you ignore all other statistics on the subject, the stat you provided about black violent crime is nothing to be proud of. Less than 13% of the population is causing 21% of single-offender crime? That's shameful.
