Default NL25 KJ vs half stack

Villain is 38/5/3 over around 60 some hands. If I bet and he shove's I don't feel like I'm good ever, but feel like I might have to call. Thoughts? C/F?

I think I would go with a C/F. I dont think you can ever get a solid read on a player that you only have 60 hands with. If you see a player show down a hand where he attempted to rep a flush after floating the flop like this then you have a number of lines you can take. If you don't know what the villan is capable of doing here I think you just have to release. I personally just try and keep the pot as small as possible on the turn and hope for a check behind. If he bets any reasonable amount I fold until I get a better read on whats going on.

i really don't like a c/f on the turn, given villians stats he can have a lower king or middle pairs or complete air, so i would c/c a bet and b/f on a non A or hearts river

Pot is $6.35 on flop, and villain has $9 left so not enough money to call turn and b/f river.

I don't see how the turn card would scare him, so if he calls a pot sized bet on the flop I wonder if its a bit unlikely to get him to fold.

I hate these spots and TBH I don't think I have a good line for this, probably check and hope for a cheap show down (which I won't get). I'd probably fold PF though, and much rather raise SCS than gapped big cards.

I'm super lazy, I usually just put him all in so I don't get outplayed. I hate playing short stacks and find that the mentality of players who play short stacks will often fold the winner if you do this so they don't risk stacking off.

If someone can give me a reason not to bet here, i should quit poker as i played it all wrong.

Bet 2/3 on turn, bet 1/3 on river. Fold to raise.

Your going to fold to a raise getting over 4.5 to1? Assuming a $4 bet on the turn.
