Default Re-writing the Constitution?

I have read this a few times and haven't come close to understanding all its implications. Can a few other eyes take a gander and can we discuss this? It seems the GW has just re-written the Constitution. I can't find a benign reason for this document. So let's talk.

[/ QUOTE ] While I think a 2+2 discussion of this would be a very good ideaI think it would be far better served in Politics. In fact, I can guarantee its already being discussed over there.

I agree that this certainly warrants discussion. I also agree that the "Poker Legislation" forum isn't exactly a good place for it.

Well, the people over here are more active and more serious than the people in the politics forum and I saw this as a legislation issue, if not directly poker legislation. Also, since the people here are so attuned to how the legal system works I thought this might be a good forum for a parallel discussion. (The one over there doesn't have much if any real discussion of the issues, just a lot of name calling and dismissals.)

But if no one wants to discuss it...

I understand. Not trying to take any time away from poker legislation.
