standard for rakeaid?
so i recently started playing on full tilt again last month after about a 7 month break.
it seems like my rake tracking updates only about once every 2 or 3 weeks, the advertised support via AIM account is never logged on, and payments are taking longer than i remember them taking. i asked about the rake tracking last month and support assured me that the "backend" was being upgraded and tracking would be fixed within a week. well its been over 3 weeks and they have just stopped addressing the issue whenever i ask about their progress. i still havent been paid my rb for october and they have given me the "middle of the month" timeline which has now turned into "before the end of the month" i really remember liking the service when i first joined up... am i expecting too much from them or is this standard? |
