Where is the Absolute Poker employee who sent out the detailed HH file? If he is/was in Costa Rica, forget it. If he is/was in Canada or the U.S. his chances would be slightly better, if he immediately sought protection.

Reminds me of the dialog from the movie Jackie Brown:

From what we have learned, tech support would be in Costa Rica, not in Canada or the U.S.

The odd are pretty good that he is a U.S. citizen however. I hope that he lives to tell the tale someday.

It could have been sent out by accident, or as a deliberate attempt to expose the extent of the cheating.

The latest anonymous report is that the hand history was sent out by mistake, by a new employee.

I am sure that they are not a very forgiving bunch, but if true, the account representative might not actually be "let go" in the manner that Beaumont was.
