I fold pretty fast vs. a nitty player. I just can't put him on much of anything we beat, and expect to be shown a set most of the time.

I have a hand, but a rather weak one. I'm up against an aggressive player so I'm probably better off checking behind the flop and inducing a bluff on the turn since with a flop aggression like villain has I'm rather likely to be check-raised with any draws or pocket pairs that didn't hit a set.
