Default .05/.10 spot with AQs

I haven't been at the table very long, so there's no info on my opponents.

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $0.05.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, CO (poster) calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, <font color="#CC3333">CO caps</font>, SB calls, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (18 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, UTG+1 folds, Hero ?

My questions for this hand: Should I have folded for one bet on the flop even with two overs and backdoor draws? I could make this fold but only because there was action to go behind me. When there is raising behind me I am starting to think that my overs might not be good. Criticism at any point is welcome.

first call is good. fold to the 3-bet. your overcards are now worth approximately nothing, and you're drawing to purely backdoor draws. even getting 12.5:1 immediately is not enough.

cap pf for value. your hand is perfect for a giant multiway pot.

folding here getting 20:1 is terrible even if your overcards are worth 0 outs. nut bdfd + nut 1-gap bdsd + effective nut 2-gap bdsd (you lose only to very unlikely KQ if T9 comes off) is enough to peel.

the second time, you're getting 26:2 if co calls or 28:3 if co caps (and sb calls). your position is terrible as you are sandwiched, which means it will be expensive to draw and you will have a tough time extracting value if you hit. alas, you must fold there.

Aren't we sandwiched the first time we call already ? How often is co going to raise this behind us ?

sure, but we have no specific reason to think it's going to go raise/3bet, especially since co lrr'd and is FOS significantly often.

i dont mind the first call on the flop because the pot is huge and u have 2 overs and a backdoor. once its 3bet we have to pitch it because theres no chance we have good odds
