PokerRoom PPoints question (New question)

Question: How many Player Points (PP) do you get on PokerRoom
when you play tourneys and sitNgo's?

I.e. how do you figure out how many PP you get if you play, say, a 50+4 tourney --- do you get 4xM PP and what is the multiplier M?

I play tourneys (and sitNgo's) only, no ring games.

I just bought a $150 "bonus" for 10,000PP and I want to figure out what it will take to get the 900PP needed to clear it.

PR is not updating PP promptly so I can't see what PP I am getting when I play. I can't find it on their website. I may not clear it but I was thinking of the 10,000PP as pretty worthless anyway, especially if they shut down.
