So far i've been playin HU-SNG's at Ultimate. I startet with 5$ and i moved up quite quickly to the 30$'s. I had a decent winrate of 62% over 500 matches. then i moved to stars, tried the 55's Turbos and got killed. I think i didnt underperform, i dont feel like i have an edge on this Level.

I know theres are tons of leaks in my game. Some are very obvious, and i try to eliminate them but i would really appreciate if some of you could read the history and help me to find the "hidden" ones.

It seems like you have a pretty good understanding of the basics of HU play. I have some suggestions for you though.

The main thing that I noticed in reading this was the inconsistency of your preflop raises and cbets. You would change the amounts of them due to the strength of your hand. A good player will catch onto this eventually and exploit it. This might be a problem for you at the 55's. You need to find standard raises, especially preflop.

My standard raises at blind levels:
10/20 blinds - raise to 60 on button, raise to 80 oop
15/30 blinds - raise to 75 on button, raise to 100 oop
25/50 blinds - raise to 125 on button, raise to 150 oop

After the first blind level I like raising 2.5x the big blind because it keeps the pot manageable and their are also less implied odds with the higher blinds.

CBETS: Your cbets varied from half the pot to full pot. I would find somewhere between 2/3-3/4 pot and stick with that.

Hand Analysis:

Hand 9: I agree that the villain's flop bet appears weak, but it is only the 9th hand of the tournament and I don't think you have enough information on the opponent to make this kind of move with no outs.

Hand 10: CBet 80-90.

Hands 14,16,18: You have K2 in each of these hands. Hand 14 you limp, Hand 16 you fold, Hand 18 you raise (all on the button). I'm limping this hand at this blind level.

Hand 19: I like the turn bet. I would just check/call on the river though. The 180 bet is unnecessary. Their aren't many hands that you beat that are going to call you, so is this a bluff??? I think you are ahead here more often than not and you might induce a bluff from a missed straight by checking. If you want to make a blocking bet so you don't get put in a tough spot i would bet half pot.

Hand 25: Check bb.

Hand 36: I think you are ahead here too, but it is definitely a Way Ahead/Way Behind situation. If he calls you here you are beat way more than 50% of the time. I definitely wouldn't overbet in this spot.

Hand 37: You have cbet every time you have raised so far in the tournament and now you have the perfect flop to cbet. You have to cbet here.

Hand 40: Fold preflop

Hand 47: This seems reckless as hell.

Hand 49: Lead flop

Hand 57: He has been looking you up when you raise from the bb. You need to wait for real hands in this spot and take advantage of his bad play.

Overall I think you have the right idea. You are aggressive and it seems relatively under control for the most part. I would just suggest that you try to not get too fancy with the oop preflop raises with junky hands and weak preflop 3 bets against non-thinking villains.

Completely agree with HookieGreg. Your bet sizes are not good. You gotta work on it. Often a CB of ½ pot when the blinds are high is just as effective as a full pot CB, and you risk less.

Yes, i'm probably the worst cbettor ever. Thats one of the obvious leaks i was talking about. Fortunately, it is (or should be) not too difficult to eliminate this one.

I like that 2.5BB-preflop-raise-thing, i think i'll give it a try.

And i agree with most of the hand-analysis. I've been reading some other handhistories and i noticed that i've lost loads of chips with crazy moves from the BB.

The most stupid hands were definitely Nr. 36 and 37, i don't know what i was thinking.

Now some other questions:

- lead flop in hand 14?
- Call river in hand 34?
- What do you think about hand 63?

Hand 14: I bet pot (40) on flop after he checks to you.

Hand 34: I think you are behind more often than ahead here. It looks like a value bet with a weak ace.

Hand 63: I wouldn't get fancy oop.
