Fold.
If the only thing that we know about this guy is that he's a dealer, we have to consider him as a unknown player and generally that means, that it's wise to respect his raises, especially when his betting it to the preflop raiser and 4 other yet to act. Even if you raise, players on your right who are known to call a lot might call you reraise. Any facecard on the turn and/or river makes it likely that even if you were ahead on the flop, you are now the one whos drawing to very few outs. Even the ace might very well give someone a nut straight. |

The pot is big enough to raise here. If dealer 3 bets we might have to fold the turn UI, but for the moment we want to knock out any weak overcards or gutshots that might be lurking behind us.
