Default Trips with a low kicker

So I got stacked a couple of times with trips holding a lower kicker than my villain. I was just wondering if there's any advice on how to play these situations where you hold vulnerable trips around the forums or if anyone can give me any.

Is getting stacked like this destiny or avoidable?

Maybe you could post a hand and it might be easier to comment on.

You could always use a bit of pot control, check a street or just check-call the whole way down.

I assume this is happening in the blinds, if so try leading out rather then c/ring.

No, it's not unavoidable.

You just have to understand that trips with a low kicker is not that good of a hand. Whenever you have trips with a terrible kicker, make sure you realize before you bet that you hand is only marginal in an unraised pot.

When you play a hand always make sure you know what kind of hand can call or raise you.
in general if you keep getting resistance with trips with a low kicker and have trouble playing these kind of hands just check call when not in position so you will avoid getting stacked.

if you happen to get some reads on the people you play, donk and aggro people are willing to go all in with a pair A on a A 9 9 board, vs these people your trips with low kicker is a valuable hand on the other hand if you play vs a nit you cant get any value of them unless they have a hand better than you so your hand lose alot in value.
