Default Poker Software Tutorials??

Hey, I've been making a good amount of money on PokerStars the last year or so, but playing without any kind of tracking/HUD software. I recently bought a new desktop to handle doing this with many tables, and bought PokerTracker and Poker Ace HUD to hopefully push my hourly rate significantly higher.

All my plays to this point have been largely by feel, and I don't really know about things like which statistics are the most important to consider when trying to analyze the way a particular player plays? How should I interpret the different ranges of aggression factors? Is there a predominant set of rules (in the Auto Rate Players sense) that everyone on this forum uses to talk about hands?

If anyone knows of a thread or website with some kind of tutorial or handbook with suggestions for how to use these programs most effectively, I would really appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thanks.

vpip/pfr/af are the most commonly used statistics

pokertracker.com has its own forum with tons of information about using the program.
