Default $25 NL- I played this so badly, so what to do on the river?

I think I probably misplayed this hand on every street, so I am open to general criticism. However, I guess I would most like to hear peoples' thoughts on what my line should be on the river. Villain is an unknown. This is my first hand at the table. I think on the flop I decided to be tricky and just call his raise. Then the turn came and I got scared but didn't quite believe him. Which led to the river of confusion for me. Looking back I see that the river doesn't change much. But at the time it seemed liked a miracle card.

Would anyone consider folding on this flop against an unknown villain? Hero is getting only about 3.2:1 in a spot with seemingly high reverse implied odds.

I fold to the flop raise- and definately the turn. Looks like KT or the flush, I just can't see anything else. I don't mind the flop check, just be prepared to release extra disciplined.
