Re: A question of continuing after Questionable Limp
Grunch:
Pre-Flop: I fold this hand with just 1 limper. If a position or two later I open-raise. Flop: We have maybe 4 outs and getting 5:1 I let it go. |

Re: A question of continuing after Questionable Limp
I don't think the limp in preflop is too bad. You could raise if UTG is loose or fold if he's on the tight side with nobody else limping in between. Anyways as played I fold because an 8 might not be good, neither might be an Ace, the pot is too small to draw to a BD flush, and I don't want to potentially put in multi-bets if SB cr's.

Re: A question of continuing after Questionable Limp
Thanks everyone, much appreciated.
I especially liked the stove info - I ran the numbers after the fact, and of course I only included 1 opponent - foolish, really. I did fold, and wished I hadn't wasted a bet limping in the first place. cheers! |

Re: A question of continuing after Questionable Limp
I usually fold this guy with only one limper in front.
I fold the flop as well. |
