Use a regular bar for deadlifts. The trap bar basically turns it into a hack squat.

That's almost the same as your bench press. That's really effing good considering your other lifts.

What do you mean considering my other lifts? Am I doing something wrong with the other ones?

No, you must have very strong whatevers to military press nearly as much as you can bench. It's usually a bit lower (under 100 lbs) compared to everything else.

I'm not really sure of your weightlifting history so it's possible I'm missing some important fact.

none at all really. only when i wrestled in h.s. up to soph year.

I was not able to complete all 5 reps on my last set though... who knows. I definitely need work on both presses though.
