Use a regular bar for deadlifts. The trap bar basically turns it into a hack squat.

It's usually a bit lower (under 100 lbs) compared to everything else. I'm not really sure of your weightlifting history so it's possible I'm missing some important fact. |

none at all really. only when i wrestled in h.s. up to soph year.
I was not able to complete all 5 reps on my last set though... who knows. I definitely need work on both presses though. |
