Where can I upgrade my membership level? The membership level boxes are all grayed out on the account page.

All,
The problems you are experiencing have been forwarded to the tech team. We are still working to fix these problems.

You will receive comp's for any downtime you have missed, plus we are going to throw in some other bonuses to say "sorry."

We will get this worked out so please just try to remain patient.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me here.

I tried to upgrade my membership 3times yesterday and I got the error message every time. No confirmation was given so I assumed the transaction didn't go through. However, I received 3email receipts from Andrew Wiggins for the transactions I tried to make. It takes a couple of days for the transactions to appear online, so I am not 100% sure if the money was taken out or not. Funny part of it all is that I can't watch any videos. When I log into my dashboard, it says I need to upgrade. I would like to know what the situation is and hope it will be resolved soon. I really wanna watch the CTS video. Thanks.

When I try to stream the videos in IE7, after I enter my user/pw in the popup I get:

[ QUOTE ]

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 5
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.
URL: http://www.cardrunners.com/drm/login.cfm

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes/No

[/ QUOTE ]

When I select yes, the play box stays greyed out forever.

I do not have this problem when I try to stream the videos using FireFox, but using FireFox everytime I want to watch a video is somewhat of a hassle.

Anycall,
We are aware of this problem and are looking into it. As long as you have emailed admin and explained what happened, your account name, etc., it will be sorted out as soon as we possibly can. It's quite a big ordeal to fix all of these issues but we will as soon as we can and I will let everyone know here.
