Actually I've heard from multiple people that this (i.e. <24 hour responses) is starting to happen much more frequently.

[/ QUOTE ]

I've always had my emails responded to in less than 24 hours there.

here is my exchange.

The only thing that I have done recently was Play poker and check my points balance repeatedly too see when/if I hit my 200 points per day.
I have no recollection of registering for any promo, I did not even know such promo existed.

Hello Charles,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

This was not a deposit made by you, Charles. This is a payment made by
us in relationship your raffle entry into the Lucky 7's Promotion. You
were one of the 77 players to win the draw, and thus you received a
credit of $77.00 into your account.

I hope this clarifies things for you Charles, if you have any further
questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Regards,

Michael G

Would you please be able to tell me what this deposit actually was?

I am just curious because I did not deposit any funds into full tilt.
The last transaction I actually made, that I am aware of, is a
Transfer of funds from another guy for $500.

XXXXX XXXXXX
XXXXXXXX on FullTiltPoker
Thank you.

Also, I really have no reason to bash FTP.
I've been playing on there lately and liking the games better than stars currently.

However, I've never had a good or quick interaction with their customer service through Email (sample size of two).

I just thought it was amusing that it took them 6 days to write back saying where the money came from, and called me the wrong name several times in the email.

Maybe if I would have sent my query to support instead of replying to the cashier email that I got it would have been quicker, who knows.

I just singed up with them recently and it seems their support was a little slow but decent, they responded to all my queries within 24 hours.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is not normal.

Even once would be "more frequently."

In the email I included my real name and my user name.

6 days later they responded telling me about the promotion and calling me by the wrong name 3 times in the email.

The name was not even close to my real name.

[/ QUOTE ]

so im guessing your name isn't Charles?
