If my spouse wants to create an account at full tilt with me will they allow her to sign up through rakereduction rakeback even though I have rakeback at a different affiliate? And also because we would be playing from the same house.

I would check FT forum which is quite good. I would also come clean with FT and contact their support. Caution is key as they have been know to freeze accounts. So get their OK and do not lose their approval email if they give you one.
