The unlucky are nothing more than a frame of reference for the lucky. You are unlucky, so I may know that I am. Unfortunately the lucky never realizes they are lucky until it's too late. Take yourself for instance; yesterday you were better off than you are off today but it took today for you to realize it. But today has arrived and it's too late. You see? People are never happy with what they have. They want what they had, or what others have. The grass is always greener on the other side.

For someone who uses PostgreSQL, can you do me a HUGE HUGE favor?

In your PokerTracker, click Utilities -> PostgreSQL Settings

What does it say for 'ODBC Entry To Use'?

There's a pulldown arrow, but there's only one entry: PostgreSQL

From this release, two versions of the driver are provided for Windows, 'PostgreSQL ANSI' which supports single and multibyte applications through the ANSI ODBC API, and 'PostgreSQL Unicode' which provides Unicode support through the Unicode ODBC API

I found this through google. I can't see which you should be using, but I know that if you search the PT forums and/or post there, you'll get an answer pretty quick.

so I just quit smoking cold turkey from 1.5pack/day and I chained smoked while playing, so now I am afraid of playing poker right now! anybody with similar experience know know how long before I can safely and without a threat of monkey tilting my BR away I can approach a poker table?

[/ QUOTE ]

Poker is by far the worst time for me. I quit almost a year ago and I still reach for them on my desk. If poker isn't your job I'd stay away for awhile, it's harder than going out drinking for me.
