I saw these instructions somewhere at 2+2 awhile back, but several searches dont turn up anything - I am not sure of what keywords to use.

Can somweone please help me out?

Take screen shot using print screen button, paste into Paint, upload to free image-hosting service (use Google to find one), paste URL here.
