I don't think so, it says they share the same circulatory system. So that means any alcohol in their blood would be shared.

I wonder if it takes them the same amount as a normal girl to get drunk though. Like can you get an easy threesome by giving them three beers?

They only have one liver so presumably they'd stay drunk twice as long as a regular person.
