Default Standard spot vs. shorty

What's the best line here? Assume unknown bad shortstack. He's got $43 left.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (CO): $226.10
BTN: $51.75
SB: $467.85
BB: $104.90
UTG: $451.55

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG calls $2, <font color="red">Hero raises to $9</font>, BTN calls $9, 3 folds

Flop: ($23) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Either c/rai or try to get to showdown cheaply.

I usually c/rai here too but every time i do this i seem to get burchered. imo we always tend to give shorties too little credit. bet/call obv sucks b/c villain folds any worse hands except Adx
imo c/c down seems best.
