fish goes to pp. fish gives pp his credit card info. pp has 365 different bill companies. pp charges his card with one of them. credit card company is clueless. where is the mistake in this? [/ QUOTE ] Unfortunately it doesn't work like this for a long time now. When CC companies do not want you to use your CC in order to deposit in gambling sites, they have some very useful tools to recognize who stands behind the name you are moving money to, specifically if it's a well known company like PP who is processing tens of thousands CC deposit trials regularly, even if it has 365 company names. |

Re: URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111
guys,
The bill text is up and available through a link in a thread in the legislation forum. I read the text and unfortunately it appears to be very robust as to neteller and western union. However, it still hasn't been voted on in either house and is apparently subject to ammendment. |

Re: URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111
If you think the Treasury can't find out what bank in the UK deposited funds in a US bank on a transfer like that you're very sorely mistken. Once they know what bank Neteller is using they can put the hammer down.
Obviously they can't make it airtight but all they have to do is drive off the casual players and online poker as we are used to it is gone. There will be a shake out in the industry, the smaller sites will probably disappear or merge and the overall population will be cut rapidly in to less than 50% of it's current size. |
