PokerOffice doesn't work, help me!

Hi everybody.

I have a problem with PO. PO don't recognize when i have won a tounament (sng) and considere every sng like a loose. Anybody know this problem.

I have the answere!
Some site like PokerStars and FullTilt don't display the payout a the end of the HH and PO can't interprete that.
To resolve this probleme with PokerStars, it's easy.

Go to the lobby on PS, select "Request" and "Tournament History". You choose the numbers of tounaments you want.
Few second later, you have your mail with all the summarys.
Copy the entire mail and paste it in a *.txt file (choose any name).
From PO, add this file like a normal HH and PO associate automatically the information whit the right tournament.
