I'd love to see this happen, but being in the US doesn't help much.

I don't have much spare time, but I am interested and can help provide insight from the software development point of view, if that's helpful.

to be perfectly honest (and knowing your .com experience) i don't think you have the resources to make this happen.

I also don't think, as a US citizen, that it's a wise idea.

I think this would have to be wholly UK owned and ran. Not publicly traded, no owners or stakeholders in the US, and VERY wealthy backers that could get it pushed through the red tape.

Default In the movies

This is how it is done in the movies.
STEP ONE:

In the movies - You need a business front that can accept deposits in a myriad of ways. If you do not stay flexible in how you receive deposits, the banks will throw up the red flag on your company. Similar to trying to load money into STARS with an American credit card.

Step 2:

In the movies -You need a relationship with an overseas bank, so that you can transfer your customers deposits into the online poker room of their choice.

STEP 3: In the movies -This is really number one. You need a good lawyer to explain the legality of doing all of this.

In the movies - The classic money laundering model would be to create a dummy company that would sell a fictious product that your depositors would purchase, you would then transfer their payment to a secondary and load their online poker account.

This is how they do it in the movies, your yardage may vary.

LOL I better not be charged with conspiracy for telling you what happens in the movies.
