Default Masking my IP

How would I go about masking my IP so that a Poker site/client would not be able to see where I am playing from?

I have been told to get an account on a shell server or something but I am very confused. If anyone knows what to do or woudl be able to help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

there is already a thread on this linked in the FAQ

i have thought about offering it as a paid service with easy setup, but i'm kinda lazy...
