Eco card

My pending ACH withdrawal with a prima site was rejected after a month and I was told that eco card would be my best option to cashout. Anybody have any experience with it? Any kind of fees for cashouts or deposits? You can do transfers to your bank, right? How long do these take usually take? Thx for any help.
