Default Remotely log in to a call center? CMS

Can I remotely log into a CMS phone system? the kind where the phones are att&t and they're hooked up to old laptops running CMS. the kind where you put in a login and id and then it logs you into the system and directs calls to you.

I keep showing up at work 5-12 minutes late. If I can log in while driving in or when I leave, that would be cool.

Not that I know of. When I was at HP, I had a Phone Extender box at home and in the switch room which basically converted analog to digital on one end and digital to analog on the other.

That plus an AT&T 8403 view phone (forget the exact model) was required for me to logon to ACD from home.

I doubt you can do anything from a regular phone.

Here's a thought... Wake up 15 minutes earlier, so that you aren't late!

Tell them you couldn't get any sleep cause telemarketer calls kept waking you.

Just make freinds with someone else at work. Ideally this person will be more punctual than you and/or work an overlapping shift. Call them when you should be there and tell them to go to your desk and log you in. Enjoy!

+I have been waking up 15 minutes earlier. this is for emergencies only. ( this tends to work for a while and then I start drifting in later and later)

+it's an incoming call center

+i can't have a co-worker log me in b/c it could get her fired with no unemployment benefits, and probably the same for me.

been,

If you had the capabilities to pull this off even given perfect instruction, you would not work at a call center. Bit of a catch 22 there.
