So FTP should only do favors for their high-profile customers, rather than show the same level of support and attention to everyone that pays the rake to play on their site?

I agree there are alot more reg 1/2 grinders than 200/400 players the site can't survive with out them so they should get the same treatment even if they said 1 name change every two years. ub let me change my name no problem some people have had there acounts for years and don't like there names anymore some might want to do so all there names are the same so it is easyier to track for leaderboards and such

How in the hell do you resize tables? Just downloaded the software and can find no way to resize the tables

ftp should do what they need to do to turn a profit. maybe if all the 1/2 players unionized and demanded name changes ftp would listen.

WHen I click on layout, none of the toption are available. they are just grayed out. You can not select any of them. Do you have to be seated at real money tables to do this? not wrking for play money tables. Any help would be appreciated

Whats you acct and pass? I'll fix it for ya. No really the little triangle in the corner, lower right, cursor over it left button hold, drag bigger or smaller...

There is no triangle in the lowe rright hand corner. It's liek I have gotten an outdated version of the software or something, but I just downloaded it today. I am not a noob nor am I computer illiterate. I have tried everything and there is no way to resize the tables. What the hell?
