personalized number plates are the ultimate in douchiness.

I think they look at it differently in the US. They don't have to pay much for them either I think - it's a $50 registration fee or something?

[/ QUOTE ]

Not really. Most people with personalized tags are using their license plate to say to the world "Hay! I has money! Aren't I great!?!"

Edit: in England anyway where the things can cost like $1000+

In denmark as well. And the price is ~1200$ i think.

You might have the same price license plates in UK but your cars a way cheaper than here

haven't talked to the x for 3 weeks, told her i'd never contact her again. and she calls twice, 15 minutes apart, and leaves no messages. thoughts? should I call her back or ignore?

[/ QUOTE ]
Last thing I remember was that you wanted back together and she was on the fence, right? Have I missed anything after that? Not knowing exactly what the situation is like for you now - why did you tell her that you wouldn't make contact etc - I wouldn't say calling her back is "breaking" that promise. I would still regard it as her contacting you. If there are things still left open, or something you're not finished with, I guess hearing her out is a good idea. On the other hand, if you feel like you want to put it all behind you and think that by talking to her it will make things worse, maybe ignore her. If that's your play, she needs to hear that you don't want any kind of contact whatsoever, and make it very clear. Sorry I'm not more of a help here, but I think I need some more background to be able to give more substantial opinions.

[/ QUOTE ]

I guess I just question why she would call twice and not leave a message either time. I don't know if she's ill or the cat died or if she loves me or what, and frankly I'm not sure how much i want to talk about any of those 3 things. I guess if she was serious about wanting to talk, I'd hear her out for 15 minutes and then tell her to get on a plane for a weekend so we can figure things out. But I don't understand her motivation for calling. And frankly I'm afraid to find out, because while I'd like to get back together, I sort of figured that wasn't a possibility and gave up on her and am happy now w/ the life I've got.

As a percentage goofy, how much of your day is spent actually working at your job, and how much is 2+2/other random stuff?

ok my internet is retarded. im on BT and although its an 'unlimited plan' the have a 40 gb/month limit.

apparently the last 2 months we've been on 110 and 120gb, and already hit 20gb this month.

so i asked her if i can pay more for more allowance, answer: no

me: can i just buy another line?
her: yeah but its gonna be £115 for installation then anotehr £30/month for the internet and then the phone line rental on top. it's gonna cost a lot.

lol?

so f this, now i'm gonna get another phone line and internet connection. I'm thinking BT again is fine, unless someone has better recommendations? i'm not sure if im gonna do 1 or 2 extra lines, anyone had experience with this?

tufat,

That's a lot of porn bro. It's probably cheaper to just order a few new DVDs every month as opposed to paying for another Internet hook-up.
