UTG is nitty, MP is bad and loose but not super aggressive.
If the A was a diamond this a easy push, but my flush draw is not good here a lot.

Given that the nitty, short-stacked player raised PF and bet the A-high flop, I think your flush draw is good quite often for the side pot. I'd shove.

I still get it in here. If utg+1 has ace diamond flush draw he brobably doesnt thing utg has set of aces. In that scenario you have ten nut outs. If utg+1 is making this play with wrap you are dominating him.

I pushed, utg had AAxx mp had NFD, which was about as bad as it could get and still had 30% equity.

I would like to reassess my previous post. I was right about your outs versus worst combo, it turns out you are getting 2.5 to 1 on the main pot which is break even. However you are a dog to nfd in side pot, some where in the neighborhood of 60/40. The side pot you are investing 120 to win 120 which means total ev is negative. If you can see UTG+1 pushing with hands other than nfd, then the allin is fine. If he only shoves nfd in this situation then you have a close fold.
