Default $5 OESD +GS facing AI from ATC

I'm new to the SNG thing. I have no clue how to figure this using ICM - or even if I should be for this particular hand.

I ordinarily fold this PF but there'd been more than a few 4+ handed limped pots. So, ignoring the voices telling me to fold....

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t30 (7 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t1300)
UTG+1 (t2960)
Hero (t2805)
CO (t1865)
Button (t1370)
SB (t1620)
BB (t1580)

Preflop: Hero is in MP1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls t30, Hero calls t30, CO folds, Button calls t30, SB calls t15, BB checks

Flop: (t150) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, Button bets t120, SB folds, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls t120

Turn: (t390) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets t1080

Hero???

Villian has a vpip of >85% but knows where the fold button is post-flop. I'd seen a few pf AIs from him during lvl 1. I'd folded once or twice to pot size bets from him prior to this. Aside from the oddball AIs he didn't seem excessively aggressive and was possibly aware of position.

I assume I should have bet the turn if not the flop as well?

I figured I needed to bet at least pot on the turn to get him off (if he was going) but I didn't want to call a c/r. I probably should have but didn't expect the AI after I checked to him.

Do I call this?

Call obviously. Straight draws don't grow on trees. Plus if he has T9 and a J hits on the river it will burn him good.

Fold the flop, if he had bet less than you can call, but some of your outs are probably missing.
