Re: NL50 TP raisy dasied on flop vs nit
c/f the turn. Even though 98 hands with villain isn't enough of a sample to make a reliable read, I just don't think he has a draw or AJ here very often, if ever. So AQ is probably no good. 77 is his most likely hand. Some very tight players might play AK like this too. I suppose KQs or KJs might be possible, but unlikely. Even if a few big KsXs were in his range, I think c/f is still best.
Board: 7s Kc As Hand 0: 88.159% { 77, AKs, KsQs, KsJs, AKo } Hand 1: 11.841% { AdQh } Interestingly, if you think he'd take this line with AJ/AQ, then your equity bumps up to 42%. But being OOP, it is better to just let it go when he makes the big turn bet. |

Re: NL50 TP raisy dasied on flop vs nit
Please don't tell me you called that turn. I am 95% certain villain has AK. And if not AK then certainly 77. The only realistic hand you could beat is AJ and I refuse to believe a villain with those stats is playing AJ like that.
Personally I wouldn't have called the flop bet... maybe, I don't know for sure... depends how much cbetting I have been doing and how much attention I have been paying to the villains previous hands. If he's a smart player he might see you flop bet as a cbet and try to semi-bluff you out of the pot with A10 AJ etc. I would fold it 70%+ of the time on the flop and 99% of the time on the turn. |

Re: NL50 TP raisy dasied on flop vs nit
Put him on AK or 77 and fold the turn. Minraise with this type of hands are very usual play in NL50. Minraise with KsQs or KsJs is very rare. You're out of position so you can even fold the flop because if youre already hesitating on the flop if youre ahead or not, what cards will make you the winning hand? You don't wanna go bust if an A or Q hits the turn so folding on the flop is ok most of the time.

thanks guys, pretty standard i guess. i prob should have folded flop in hindsight, but yeah the only hand i could think of was AK, and folded the turn
