Re: JJ PF play
I'm fighting between telling you to re-raise to 2500 and to push. There's 1500 in the pot, so picking this up will increase your chips by 25% (Good for pushing). Your actual hand, JJ, is a dog only to QQ-AA, but is very draw susceptible. (I think indicates push more than play) As I'm going through I definitely think a push is good, you have a fine hand and if it goes to the felt, that's okay, but we should be very happy to pick up this pot right now and an all-in bet accomplishes this the best way.
The reason I was thinking about 2500 is I was afraid that the insta-push may isolate us to the hands we don't really want to see, the QQ-AA and AK which is gonna be 50/50 for most of what we've got. The smaller raise is inteded to drag along some other hands which we have thoroughly beaten such as AT or KJ. I think if he has a med pp, he's pushing to our re-raise and we call. His stack doesn't seem so small that he can't lay it down to a push, so now I'm kind of unsure again as to push or 2500 raise. *Sigh* What do you guys think about this? |
