I would definitely bet/3bet this flop.

So many draws for him to put you on, and so many draws that you probably would be playing this way, that it's the natural cover. He'll never fold big pairs to the flop bet, and there is so much value to be had from big pairs, AQ/KQ, or better yet QJ hands, as well as draws (which may very well raise).

Not to mention, that due to your call PF, he's very unlikely to put you on QQ/JJ, so he's only worried about 3 sets instead of 9.

Push now, don't let a scare card like a spade or a 9 or T fall on turn when u are OOP. It will kill your action and may allow him to push you from your hand.

Don't be afraid of set under set, it's so rare that you'll lose money folding them. And if he as the str8 already u got pot odds with 7 outs on turn and 10 on river.

Tought they had starting stacks of 200$, not 400$+

That gives him 1.45:1 pot odds on a push and a call vs a made str8 with while being a 2:1 underdog to fill.
