For some reason I don't really care if football players are on Roids. I mean, other than it being illegal.

I don't think it would help your stats out as much as it can in baseball.

[/ QUOTE ]

But it isn't about the player stats, it's about saving the children.

Right?

ultimately it is all their own choice. i don't think performance enhancing drugs should be legal, but i think players use them and know how to avoid getting caught. furthermore, i realize nfl football is debilitating but no one forces them to sign these contracts or play these games.

For joint injuries, sure.

As for concussions, I'm not sure anything other than forcing players to wear gazoo helmets will cut down on those.

[censored], he's my favorite player . This is so weak.

At least if he misses the first 4 games he might make it to the playoffs this year.

But still, [censored].

Since most of sports media has a Boston/Patriots love affair, I'm sure that contributes to the lack of coverage.

I just think it's hilarious that Bucky Brooks is a columnist...learn something every day.

And did I read Zimmerman right in that column? He thinks he went out on a limb by picking Carolina -the favorite in the NFC last year and the Miami team everyone thought was as good as NE? Lol
