They get Sundays off because the company is owned by highly religious people and operated the same way.

I just wish they'd let the franchise owners open up on Sundays with employees who don't give a damn about the biblical consequences for working on Sunday.

Thanks for the link. FWIW, I consider Chick-Fil-A the best fast food joint out there (though I've never had In-N-Out). Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, our local one has all you can eat nuggets, fries, and soda for $9. It's pretty much the greatest thing ever.

I'm guessing they send it via mail so people don't print out multiple coupons.

Having just experienced a month of all the In-N-Out I wanted and no Chik-Fil-A I can easily say that I would've murdered every In-N-Out employee in Southern California to get some Chik-Fil-A out there.

There are no such thing as franchise owners. That's why you don't see them in parts of the country.
