Not that it excuses them asking, but she seemed to imply that she couldn't see your password and was just trying to log on with the password you gave.

ACR definitely can see your password however.

No, I called support, and they still made me give them the password over the phone. I like wsex in general, but that's stupid, and people should know, at least so they don't use the same password there as they do at other sites.

There was a very long thread on this topic a few months ago.

Most people certainly thought it sucked but apparently it's commong practice for sportsbook CS to have access to user passwords. How else are you supposed to be able to call in that last minute bet?
