Ultimate Bet Rakeback - allowed 3 accounts??

Hello, I have looked at the FAQ and I have also looked through the past few months of forum posts and have not found an answer to this question. If someone could please help me that would be great.

I have an ultimate bet account but have not submitted real money, i contacted an affiliate and they said that I could have 3 accounts under the same name on ub is this true???

If not, can i delete my account and create a new one for rakeback. Thanks in advance everyone! sorry if this is a repeat.
