Default Selling a prop account

I have a prop account that I never use anymore at a site that is no longer accepting props. I was approached today by an acquaintance that knows someone that wants to prop there but can't since the program is closed.

He offered me a decent amount of money to have access to my account. He would change the email address on the account and the password so I would not have easy access to the account. He would then cash out to my Epassporte account and I would then transfer to his account any withdrawn funds.

This is an account that I have no intention of playing on again and so would be happy with the funds for the use of the account. I just don't want to get screwed in any way here. I can't think of a way that I can get hurt though. This other person would only have access to the prop account and would have the ability to cash out to my Epass but wouldn't have my Epass password so couldn't make a deposit. He also would not have access to my email address.

If anyone sees a hole in this plan please let me know.

ok no more Private Messages about this. I have had 10 people ask which site and how much. I really don't want to say where and the amount doesn't matter. My question was about the legitimacy of it and after speaking with the purchaser it seems to be fine.

The entire downside is on the buyer.

The account getting locked with funds in it. This is so borderline to be allowed as it is close to a gnoming.

I would just avoid letting him use your epassporte.
