FTP Problem

Not sure where to post this, so just putting it here if anyone can offer any help. FTP just closed my account saying I had multiple accounts, which is not true and besides the point. My main problem is that I qualified for the $1k event tonight and I still see my name as registered and I cannot access my account. I've emailed FTP countless times trying to convince them I do not have multiple accounts and alerting them to the fact that I am still registered in this tournament. They have not responded. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I don't just wanna lose the entry to this tourny. Thanks, I'm just really bothered by this.

Well i hope everyone enjoys my stack. Still no word from FTP. My biggest buyin tourny ever and I get to just watch my stack be blinded down. This is so painful.

They've got a lot of experience in these cases.

EDIT: Why is the fact that FTP closed your account because you had multiple accounts "besides the point"? Isn't it exactly the point?
