alternative spring break plans

i did the party like hell thing when I went to Cabo summer after highschool and do not want to have a spring break like that. I'm trying to figure out what else I can do and so far here are some options I've come up with:

-River rafting guide school
-snowboarding
-road trip
-camping trip

looking for some suggestions... want to do something interesting and rewarding. Not volunteering.

You could look into alternative spring breaks through your school like going to New Orleans for Katrina relief or whatever. My school is doing one to Uruguay, I applied for it and still waiting to here. It is community service, but it seems pretty cool to go somewhere you've never been.
