This move looks pretty gay, but it might actually work. But he needs to hold some more hands willing to call besides AQ/KQ to make this +ev. And of course he mustn't be able to read this as a scared valuebet.

I think a blocker works at these stakes, players just dont bluff raise w/ not that much room to create a fold.
