why would you bet the turn?
Do you think villain will call you w/ like JQ on turn and river? I donīt think so...
imo this is fine

i think it is better to go for 3 streets of value in this hand. He raises with most hands that beat you, and I think it would be best to bet the river. If he has a set, hes raising you before it gets to the river, and I think with KQ, he raises you more often than not on the turn. And it's very unlikely he has 45 and calling your raise pf. In your spot, I would just call the river, but I think it is a mistake to not lead on the river with a bet because he could have checked behind, and therefore you miss value. But call the river, and you should take it down most of the time.

It really depends on how often villain is folding the turn. From what you have seen from him, does he seem to make it to the river a decent amount calling 2 streets?

Is check/raising the turn bad? Q/x bets turn despite scare card a bit I think. K/x certainly bets the turn. Random floats can bet the turn, and it's a total rainbow. We gain value from Q/x and floats this way, and the halfPSB is so weak. As played... if we flat the turn, I'm check/calling most bets on the river, though sometimes finding a fold if the size is decent.
