AK hits in 4bet pot- still I fold

Villain is 24/20 over a coupüle of hands. We dont have any history. I would have gotten the money in/called on a lot of rivers but not this one. Thougts on every street appreciated.

You`re probably right that we shouldnt call the river anyway. What makes this particular river a very bad card to call on is that from his perspective such a huge part of my range got there.

One option is to lead $160-$220 on 4th to find out where you are.

This is all fine to me. Obv you are toast a high %age of the time on the river but the real question is re the earlier streets, esp the turn I guess. I like a check there but I'm sure loads of people like some kind of bet.

I don´t think that he check a set on a 3-flush board very often... Also if hero bets he doesn´t loose implied odds against TT/QQ because villain doesn´t call a Riverbet but sometimes he wins the pot after a 4. flushcard hits.
Also we have a small chance that he will fold AK without FD and sometimes QxQh is calling. So it´s not a clear bluff.

he definately has you beat there. he isnt pushing into you on a board that contains 3 broadways where you can very well have a set.

my best guess would be JJ, maybe KK (only 1 combo left), possibly AA.
