Villain is menexus, a 13/9/3.5 multitabling guy. I don't really want to discuss the turn bet. I was planning on putting him on the installment plan so he'd be forced to call turn and river. I ended up misreading his stack size, I should have bet $60 or so on the turn and shoved river.

Hand 1:
Preflop and flop are obv fine. Against looser players you can bet the turn and shove river, but with his 12/6/1.5 stats, and no other reads, checking is probably best because these guys will fold 99 to a double barrel without history.

I would have raised a little more on the river, but as played it might be a fold. I really want to make a crying call and would probably call if I were at the table, but he's not going to 3-bet with worse hardly ever. His most likely hand is 77.

Hand 2:
I would raise slightly more on the flop the first time, just to bloat the pot a few dollars more to set up a bigger pot for later streets. I like the flat-call after he makes it $50, because he has plenty of room to get away if you shove (it's a horrible play but bad TAGs do it).

Bet more on the turn, but you already mentioned that. Call river.

Call both, not even sure if I'd think about it.

Hand 1.

I guess the only hand that he can have that beats you is 77. AA woulda prolly bumped PF/flop. Call.

Hand 2.

KK is out of question, so I guess that QQ is all we can fear here. I def call.

Hand 1: You only need to win 1 time in 3 to make calling profitable. I'm pretty much a nit, but I think 88-QQ are in his range often enough to call. I'd probably bet/fold the turn, though.

Hand 2: I can't fold a set getting 3 to 1 on a river when I was planning to shove myself anyway. I mean, do you seriously think you're behind here 75% of the time?

GRUNCH:

I think hand 1 is a call because there are more fullhouses that you beat than you don't and I can't find a hand a 12/6 plays that has a 6 in it.

I snap call hand 2, but it plays out weird. Why would he check call turn after that flop action? Is this a tough decision because you put him on an overpair and he shoved the river when the K hit?
