Hell no....and hell no you don't get away from it pre-flop. Of course you're at best a flip pre-flop but you aren't putting in your stack...just putting in $1 and then mostly folding if there's no 4 on the flop....you're playing it for your implied odds.


And hell no you are never folding a set on that board.
