you know what they say about flop a set, if you lose, and you didn't lose alot of money, then you didn't play you hand right.

I'll bet the flop/ or checkraise the flop. if i got raised, i'll 3/4bet the flop.
if this is a loose/maniac player, then i'll just have to kiss my money goodbuy.
if this is from a Tight/Passive good player, if i get reraise for the seond time, i'll seriously consider if he has bigger set.
but at micro level, alot of player will go all-in with TPTK. so it would be +EV to push all the money in.
however at higher stake or again player that will not go all-in with TPTK. this you can consider folding.

Can you get away from this? Not unless you are an expert playing other experts at high stakes.

That all-in on the turn could represent any of the following: 33, Ah5h, Ah3h, Ah2h, AhJh, Th9h, KhJh, KhQh, KhTh, 6h5h, QJ, or AQ (and maybe for really loose players Khxh, KQ or JT). You're losing to JJ and QQ.

If someone here is good enough to lay this down, I'd really like to see the analysis.

Set over set is only a profitable situation if you can get away from ones they cant and most of the time you just cant get away. The only time i think i could is if both people were very deep stacked and villain was tight.

Getting away from this ie. folding at any point in this hand would be quite a large mistake. Well played, bad result.

The only time to get away from it might have been pre-flop. You pretty much know at that point that you are at best a flip against whatever this guy has, even if he is a complete monkey.

It's a little different since you are playing cash but I think the following still applies: Harrington says that if you get set over sett'ed, you are an idiot if you don't end up going broke. He goes on to discourage playing 22-44 for the purpose of making a set due to the fact that they can often break you when you do make your set.
