BB (t1840)
UTG (t1270)
UTG+1 (t1785)
MP1 (t1005)
MP2 (t1465)
MP3 (t3525)
CO (t2725)
Button (t1455)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t80, 2 folds, MP3 calls t80, 1 fold, Button calls t80, Hero calls t60, BB calls t40.

Flop: (t400) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets t220, MP3 folds, Button calls t220, Hero raises to t2705 (All-In), BB folds, UTG+1 calls t1485 (All-In), Button folds.

Turn: (t5030) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t5030) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: t5030

This is a very bad situation. My first thought is I should fold preflop; I rarely like playing hands like AQ oop. However, the two callers made it really difficult to fold.

I didn't like the 220 flop bet, but I think my equity vs his range (QQ-AA, 88 and TT), KQ, JQs) was decent. It's funny I would have probably check called then check folded the turn, but the second guy's flat call made me shove my stack in. I think this is bad on all counts. Thoughts?

This is standard. Folding preflop is definitley an option, but after seeing the flop this has to be a push. No reason to let two players (one of who could definitely have a hand like ThJh or 8h9h) draw out on you. For everytime you are beat (caller has 55/88 raiser has QQ/KK/AA) there are many times you are ahead and there is a lot in this pot alright.
Good Shove.

Folding Pre-Flop is not an option here. Re-Raising preflop is. Very few ways to play this flop, since a 3x raise would commit UTG+1 by calling therefore he should push and you would have to call. Shoving eliminates Button most likely so I like the post flop.

looks fine to me...you have the A hearts too for a redraw but getting it in here is fine...I don't think you can make money making heroic laydowns at lower buyins...call and beat QJ
