Computer making beepind sounds?

I just reformated and re-installed windows Vista. Now I am having a really weird glitch where when I click on things from time to time my computer makes a noise that sounds like it coming from inside the computer. Its really weird any ideas how to make it stop?

Is it the internal PC speaker? Find device manager & double check all your components are installed & working properly.

No clue where this is in vista, in XP you get the device manager by right click on my computer / properties / hardware / device manager.
